Fee: € 2.000,- plus VAT - For a property purchase price between € 210.000,- and € 500.000,-:
Fee: 1.0 % plus VAT - For a property purchase price between € 510.000,- and € 1.000.000,-:
Fee: 0.75 % plus VAT - For a property purchase price of € 1.100.000,- or more:
Fee: 0.5 % plus VAT
