Boyana Tomova, BA

Boyana Tomova has been the right hand of Mag. Nevena Shotekova-Zöchling since 2022 and supports clients in all kinds of civil-law matters. She holds a degree in political science from the University of Vienna and is currently studying law there. Her focus areas are probate proceedings, the handling of real estate purchase agreements including land register registration, and the enforcement of claims from lawsuit to execution. She is also involved in insolvency proceedings, company formations and family law matters. Clients value that she explains clearly in German, English and Bulgarian where their case stands and what happens next.
