What does a property purchase contract cost in Vienna?
With KaufSicher you pay a fixed fee: 1.2 % of the purchase price, at least € 2,900, and 1 % (at least € 7,200) from a purchase price of € 600,000, plus VAT. All cash expenses included – no hourly billing.
My company is struggling to pay – what is the first step?
Have liquidity and over-indebtedness checked immediately. In case of insolvency, the petition must be filed without culpable delay and no later than 60 days (§ 69 (2) Austrian Insolvency Code). The earlier you act, the more options you have – from an out-of-court settlement to restructuring proceedings.
What am I entitled to as an heir?
